Bamboo Cheese Board Set

It is made of sustainable eco-friendly Bamboo and has a hidden drawer that slides out containing a Narrow Plane, a Flat Cheese Knife, a Small Spade, and a Cheese Fork. The inner cutting board and display area is 8" x 8" and the outer edge is 14" x 14"; perfect size for Charcuterie and Crudités.

There is a wonderful serving rim and recessed moat surrounding the center board that is excellent for nuts, fruits, etc., and is also extremely handy for arranging visually attractive platters. 




        Although this is absolutely wonderful for entertaining I'm surprised at how many times I've used it already for just members of the household for snacks, lunches, and weekend grazing. It is highly convenient to have the cheese knives and fork so accessible during serving and for storage purposes.
